Account verification ("KYC") requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or Passport) and may include a proof-of-payment document. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by zs9999 will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All transactions on the zs9999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are generally credited to your zs9999 wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt of funds. zs9999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method associated with your account. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval; actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. zs9999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering or policy violation is suspected.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. zs9999 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus concurrently. Bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond their use on the zs9999 Platform under the applicable bonus terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.
Bets are final once confirmed. zs9999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes; manifest errors in displayed information; evidence of match manipulation or integrity violations; or any other circumstances where a bet has been accepted in error.
For sports betting markets, zs9999 reserves the right to suspend or close a market at any time, including during live events. Bets placed before market suspension will remain valid unless otherwise voided under these Terms.
zs9999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or betting market. Platform maintenance windows, provider outages or regulatory requirements may result in temporary or permanent removal of specific products without liability to the User.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the zs9999 Platform:
